Organic Flaxseed
Consuming flaxseed is beneficial for heart and skin health as flaxseed is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. It also contains lignans which have antioxidant properties.

Vitamin E
When combined with fish oil, vitamin E can help control the body’s inflammation levels. Because fish oil supplementation may cause lowered levels of vitamin E, we include this natural antioxidant to prevent any deficiency.
