An oxymel is simply a mixture of honey and vinegar. Here I used organic apple cider vinegar that I infused with fresh, wildcrafted horsetail, stinging nettle, chickweed and cleaver. I let the plants extract in this vinegar for one full solar revolution. I then strained, and mixed with LOADS of local, raw sweet clover honey.
