Reishi Berry Syrup is when our fungal elder, reishi, meets our plant elder, elderberry. Locally, organically grown Ganoderma lucidum and wildcrafted Ganoderma oregoense & Ganoderma brownii fruiting bodies and hand-harvested black elderberries straight from my backyard come together in collaboration with cinnamon, fresh ginger, clove, cardamom, and local, raw honey in this wildly wonderful medicine. The immuno-modulating, heart nourishing and strong yang properties of Reishi synergies potently with the immune stimulating and yin energies of elderberry, supported by warming herbs and spices.

This is a tinctured syrup, or a syruped tincture… meaning it contains alcohol (the Reishi triple extraction) as well as thick, sweet elderberry syrup. All the components of this medicine were then let to macerate for one full moon cycle.
