Oyaizu Seicha buys tencha leaves from Shizuoka, Kagoshima, and other major locations within Japan blending leaves differently per production to achieve consistent flavor quality.
Grinding Method
Oyaizu Tea uses machine ceramic bead pulverization with cooling units to create a quality grinding that is indistinguishable from traditional stone mill grinding but at much higher production capacity.
