Boswellia Serrata
Boswellia serrata is a plant that has been traditionally used to reduce pain and inflammation. Studies have suggested that compounds in Boswellia serrata, called boswellic acids, may inhibit the activity of certain inflammatory enzymes in the body, thereby reducing pain and inflammation.
Arnica
Arnica is a flower that is commonly used in topical creams and ointments to reduce pain and swelling. Traditionally it's been used to relieve muscle aches, stiffness, swelling, and bruises.
White Willow Bark
White willow bark contains salicin, which is a chemical similar to aspirin and is believed to be responsible for its pain-relieving properties.

I love the deep sleep cbd and calm cbd. I like the herbal blend with the cbd in a light base. They both are very helpful products. I have also tasted various chocolate truffles for relaxation and a chocolate bar for pain relief. I enjoyed the flavor and effects.
