Happy Herbal Tea is a beautiful blend of deep, floral, slightly bitter, and strong. Gingko Biloba Leaf and Valerian Root give this tisane an earthy base, which is elevated by the sweet, floral flavors of Chamomile and Lavender Flowers. Passionflower and St. John’s Wort give Happy Herbal Tea a slightly bitter, peppery flavor—creating a balanced and bright tea drinking experience.

 

Botanicals: 

Chamomile Flower: Chamomile Flower is full of antioxidants, including apigenin which is a compound that binds to certain receptors in the brain to promote relaxation and sleepiness. It has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and analgesic properties which are helpful in reducing joint pain.

Ginkgo Biloba Leaf: Ginkgo Biloba Leaf is full of antioxidants that combat or neutralize the damaging effects of free radicals. It also helps to improve brain function, enhance mental performance, promote emotional wellbeing and reduce anxiety.
