Ingredient Spotlight

Chamomile
Chamomile is a herb traditionally used to promote sleep and relaxation. It contains compounds called apigenin and lactones, which have a mild sedative effect and may help to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation, making it easier to fall asleep.
Pharma GABA
Pharma Gaba is a form of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) that has been used as a dietary supplement to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. It is believed that supplementing with Pharma Gaba increases the levels of GABA in the brain. This leads to the inhibition of neuronal signaling, which results in the calming and anxiolytic effects that are associated with GABA.
L-Theanine
L-Theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves and is known for its calming and relaxing effects. It is believed to increase the levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, such as dopamine and serotonin, which can lead to feelings of relaxation and reduced anxiety. L-Theanine also increases GABA, which also associated with relaxation and reduction of anxiety.
Lemon Balm Extract
Lemon balm is a traditionally used herb to promote relaxation and improve sleep. It contains compounds called terpenes and flavonoids, which have calming and sedative effects on the nervous system. They interact with neurotransmitters such as GABA, acetylcholine, and serotonin to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality.
