We work with a company headquartered in Canada that grows the mushrooms on their natural substrates from USDA certified organic farms mainly in China. We receive a certificate of analysis with every batch that tests for alpha/beta glucans, heavy metals, moisture, and microbiological. The powders are created using a hot water extract to break down the cellular walls of the mushrooms as well as extract the water soluble components, in a 1:1 extract ratio.
Yes, you can put the powder in water and drink on their own. You can also put it in other drinks like coffee (which is one of the most common ways), tea, smoothies, even bake with it, put it in food to give it a nice umami flavor. The mushroom powders have a taste since its pure mushrooms and will mainly have an earthy, mushroom flavor.
No there are no gluten ingredients in our mushroom powders or Functional Fiber. All of our mushroom extracts are pure and lab tested.
The best by date for the mushroom powders are 3 years after packaging if they are kept in the package and in a cool, dry place.
Yes, all of our mushroom powders come with a certificate of analysis with every batch we receive from our grower that includes beta/alpha-glucans, heavy metal testing, pesticide, water moisture and other aspects.

Yes we do! Simply select your country at checkout and we will take care of everything else. Unfortunately we can not keep track of every country’s import rules for every product we offer, so please check yourself before placing your order to make sure the products you are purchasing are allowed into your country. If a shipment is rejected at customs or you find a shipping delay is too long due to customs checks, we are not liable for the shipping charges. As long as the products are returned to us and undamaged, we will process your refund for the products themselves. Please also allow for multiple weeks to receive your order as it may take time for it to clear customs.
Everything in our store is vegan, except the honey from roots apothecary and honey sticks from lajit gold.
